About "Hot stamping" Printing Process：

Because the main material used for hot stamping is anodized aluminum foil, so bronzing is also called anodized aluminum hot stamping. Anodized aluminum foil is usually composed of multi-layer materials, the substrate is usually PE, followed by release coating, color coating, metal coating (aluminum plating) and glue coating. The most commonly used are gold and silver, so it is commonly known as hot stamping, hot stamping, hot stamping gold foil, etc.

Bronzing is a kind of post-processing of fabric style. The process principle is basically the same as bronzing, but the materials used for the two are different. In appearance, one has a golden luster and the other has a silver luster.

What material is generally used for hang tags:

2. The material characteristics of the coated paper: the whiteness and gloss are very good, and it can make the pictures and pictures show a three-dimensional effect during printing, but its firmness is not as good as that of the white cardboard.

3. The advantages of kraft paper: it has high toughness and firmness, and it is not easy to tear. Kraft paper is generally suitable for printing some single-color or not rich tags.

4. The advantages of black cardboard: solid and durable, the color is black, because the black cardboard itself is black, its biggest disadvantage is that it cannot print colors, but it can be used for bronzing, bronzing and other processes.
